are the sarees the same as shown in photos?

yes. we photograph products to match the real saree.

small color variation may happen due to lighting and screen settings.

what type of sarees do you sell?

we sell designer sarees with fancy work. fabric and work details are clearly mentioned on each product page.

do you ship all over india?

yes. delivery depends on courier serviceability at your pincode.

how many days does delivery take?

usually 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. remote locations may take longer.

what payment methods do you accept?

we accept prepaid and cod.

is prepaid payment secure?

yes. prepaid payments are processed via payu money. we do not store card or banking details.

is cash on delivery available for every pincode?

cod is available on eligible pincodes. if cod is not available for your area, you can place a prepaid order.

why cod may need confirmation?

some cod orders may be confirmed via whatsapp or call before dispatch to avoid fake orders and delays.

can i cancel my order?

cancellation is possible only before dispatch. after dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

is blouse included and what is the size?

most sarees include a stitched blouse piece with free bust size up to 42 inches. you can alter it locally.

do you provide blouse alteration or stitching service?

no. customers can alter the blouse as per their preference through a local tailor.

do you accept return and exchange?

yes. you can apply within 4 days after delivery.

how do i request return or exchange?

contact us on whatsapp or email with your order id and reason. our team will guide you.

what if pickup is not available at my pincode?

in rare cases, return or exchange pickup may not be available. you may need to ship the parcel to our address. we will share the steps on whatsapp.

when will i get my refund?

refunds are processed within 4 to 5 business days after the returned parcel is received and checked.

what refund details do you need?

after return approval, we will request your upi id or bank details to process the refund.

what if i receive a damaged item?

contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video.

damage cases are rare because items are checked before dispatch, but we will support you fairly.
